I just bought my first car and had my first service done at Barloworld Ford and Mazda N1 City. I am utterly disappointed with the customer service I received, and even more so with the response I got after I contacted customer service and the person who was in charge of the service of my vehicle. The forms they gave me to sign, I was told is just to "say that my car is with them, " but I was never given the opportunity to read the fine print. A lot of personal belongings got out of my car, some of which were returned to me when I went back to the company. However, I have since discovered that more items were out of my car, and when I phoned to lodge a complaint (2013/09/13, I was told that I should have taken out all my belongings. I am upset because that was not what I was told, and I pay for the service. I am so disappointed in the service I am getting from Ford/Mazda. It is very discouraging having done my part in keeping my car's service agreement, and I feel I have been robbed, literally and figuratively.
