On the 6 of April 2013, I paid R 5000.00 (50%) deposit towards a lounge set that was going to be manufactured for me with a lead time of 7 days. The initial lead time was not met and they promised that I will have delivery within the next week. After getting no joy and broken promises from Shafaaz (Sales manager), I contacted the owner, Dan who was very rude and abrupt on the phone. Indicated that the set will be delivered and until now have not heard from him. On request of my deposit back, I have been told that the EFT was done which still does not appear in my account, unfortunately they have not provided me with proof of the EFT. I will not recommend anyone to this shop. Based on my overall experience with them and I still don't have a lounge set or my deposit refunded I will not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from company!
