3.5 months awaiting spares for 2013 model 1 series

On 9 June 2013 I was involved in an accident whereby a 8 Ton truck knocked into me whilst stationary at a robot. My car was towed to SMG Briardene on 10 June and has been there since. Parts have now been on backorder since June. I have been given false information regarding the parts and readiness of my vehicle. On 8 August i was advised telephonically that all parts had arrived and my car would be ready a week after. This was not true and did not materialise. Alfred from BMW SA advised that i would receive a call from a customer service specialist, this has not happened either. Suffice to say choosing a BMW was a really bad decision if one has to wait indefinetly for the car to be returned especially since its a 2013 model.
