WHERE IS MY WASHING MACHINE???

To whom it may concern.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint about your poor service levels and lack of communication.

On 29 May 2013 you collected our LG washing machine for a service. On 6 June we received a quote for the parts, per sms, and we made payment to the specified bank account immediately. On 10 June I called to follow up and find out where my machine was and was advised that you were awaiting parts and that they were arriving from JHB on 12 June 2013. Nasief advised that the machine would be ready for delivery back to us on 14 June 2013. On 14 June I called to find out what time to expect delivery, only to be advised that JHB had a stock take and that the parts had still not arrived. The parts were apparently arriving on 18 June and the service would be done then.

It is now the 25th, almost 1 full month after the machine was collected and I have not had a single call from you to advise progress/delays on my machine AND when I could expect delivery.

Your service levels leave allot to be desired.

-you to customers about lead times
-you do not communicate with customers on progress/delays
-you do not communicate with customers regarding delivery
