Over 8 weeks for parts?

Vehicle accident on 8 June 2013 has still not seen Silverstar receive any parts. It will probably be at least another 3 weeks before they maybe receive the parts...
And yes, no feedback from the staff and looking at the other reports on this site gives me the creeps!
