Dumisani Mthombothi who is a Sales Manager at Audi in Arcadia sold me a car which stopped working two days after I received it, I returned it and asked for the contract to be cancelled and they refused. This was the second car that I had from them that was not working. This was a Golf 6 GTI I bought from them. He said I can run to my lawyers if I don't want the car. His bosses are also in agreement with this since they said they cant help me. The bank (wesbank) also says they cannot do anything about it, while they deduct money from my account every month for a car I am not driving. They (bank) said I must report the matter to the ombudsman or my lawyers. I am now without a car, its been a month now.
