The so called Clientele Legal lawyers are useless, I first reported the matter in November 2013 where i was sold the incorrect model by Kia Wonderboom in Pretoria, at initial engagement with Kia i was informed that the car is 2009 model and only to find out later from Audi that the car is actually 2008 model and they priced the car using the prices of 2009 models. I tried to explain this to the sales person but she insisted that the car is 2009 model hence i found it necessary to contact the lawyers. But the Clientele Lawyers dont take people's matters very serious becuase when you demand progress on the matter then they inform you that your matter was diarised and they will revert to you as soon as possible. I have been with Clientele legal for the last six years and this is my first claim so it me off to realise that the service is so terrible and i have been wasting my money. This thing of call center lawyers doesnt work it is just money making schemes by these companies.
