Miscommunication and bad service

I purchased a new car with Audi arcadia and traded in my existing A3, after getting a new car, I was billed for the old car of which I went and reversed the debit order as I did not own the A3 anymore. After I reversed the debit, Audi acardia settles the amount short of the installment for 1 month. How do I pay for the car I am not using anymore? on another note they told me I shouldnt have reversed it but no one communicated to me on that. and they told that installment was going to be refunded to me. why cant they take that refund and settle the outstanding amount? on the other hand I still do not have a contract of my deal emailed or even posted. I had to call her most of the time for feedback. The day I took my car in for number plate fitment, the car was scratched had a white scratch on it and no one even said anything, . Unfortunately I only realised when I got home, i sent Rhoda a message regarding that she ignored me. My experinece with Audi Arcadia has been very bad, Ive worked with Audi Centurion before and I was really happy with them. I will never ever use Audi Arcadia for anything at all. I am really disappointed with the way this matter was handled.
