On 18th September I contacted this company, querying if they had a Getz diesel engine for sale. i spoke to a person by the name of Ray who was extremely disinterested but quoted me a price of R22K for an engine with a one month start-up guarantee. I then responded that at that price I might as well have my own engine repaired with a six month running guarantee. He then responded that all Indians are like that. I then asked him what that was supposed to mean. He then said that Indians don't want to pay for anything and I responded if he expected me to pay R22K for an engine with only a start-up guarantee. He then started using F's and B's and using vulgar language in reference to my mother's and sister's private parts. he threatened to get people to beat me up. This behaviour is typical of an uneducated who thinks that violence can sort out any situation. This person sounds like somebody who was brought up in a sewer and obviously acts very brave behind the phone. If Matadoor is okay with having pepople like that on their staff, then I would say that they have a serious problem with customer relations.
