2011 Chev Spark .8L

Car purchased new in Jan 2011 from Shiraz Motors in Lenasia JHB.
Before taking delivery of vehicle, white spotts were notoced on the dashboard.
This was brought to the dealers attention who then promised to attend to the fault.
a month later, the dealership closed down indefinatly.
I continued to appeal to the dealer for assistance but to no avail.
i then approached Williams Hunt at The Glen Dealership when my car went in for service and they too could not assist, telling me to leave the car and somebody from the factory will come have a look at the car.
I then visited Bruma Williams Hunt this year who also gave me the run around.

I am now at my wits end with this problem an General Motors must accept responsibility and be held accountable for this problem.

All i want is for my dashboard to be fixed as this is 1 of 3 Chev Sparks that i own.
