Bad Customer service

My VW Caddy is in for coding of a new key, after a week they still use the same excuse that the Internet is of (Never heard of 3g modem for backup plan). There are 2 VW branches in a 10km radius of prinses benoni so I asked them if VW can work together to help their branch, so the reply was "if I can arrange my vehicle to be towed they can help me, that is very bad expecting the client to take out extra money to tow the car... So today I phoned again for an update, and same story the system is still of and now they tell me, Boksburg branch and Kempton branch also offline... I seriously need my car, I'm loosing business... and I get no service from VW
