Every time i try to make an appointment at a GM dealership in Pretoria to service my Opel the service centers are fully booked.
GM imperial Isando is always able to assist me immediately, no matter how busy they currently are. What truly impressed me a lot is that the dealer principle (Le Roux) engages with his customers and ensures that their needs are met, whether it is vehicle sales or service.
I will rather drive to Isando than have my vehicle serviced at any other GM in South Africa.
