I visited the Hi-Q centre in Beacon Bay in mid-August after my holiday to report that a tyre that they had previously repaired appeared to be damaged. I also wanted them to assist me with advice relating to the possible replacement of the tyre. I was quite irate at the time as I had a lot of difficulty with this tyre and the lock nuts, which was subsequently to be replaced on order. I spoke to the Manager, Tim at the time and he should definately learn how to deal with irate customers as he was condecending and disrespectful towards me - this in front of other cutomers and his staff, which to date I do not appreciate. Also to date I have not recieved the tyre pricing which he said he would give me or feedback relating to the lock nuts as ordered. Last time I do business with them.
