On the 22 may 2013 I had went to the postnet in queensburgh malvern to have my degree from unisa laminated.upon arrival I was helped by a lady took my degree and started to laminate it for me, during the process it somehow got jammed and she called another lady to assist her after they pulled it out of the machine it had been all creased and squashed the lady then repeatedly pass the degree through the machine to try and iron out the crease marks.my degree in now laminated very untidy and the seal is now flat because of the repeatedly laminating.there's nothing I can do I can't even get another one even if I paid a million rand because my university does not give out duplicates.
