On Monday night my automatic car broke down - through FNB Petro Card, AA was contacted. They said they would be there in 45mns. THEY WERE!
On Tuesday my son had a small accident. Hollard Insurance also contacted the AA. They said they would be there in 30mns. THEY WERE!
Take heart - there is still good service in South Africa. It is very rare - but it is there.
