I woke up to a flat battery on my car. Contacted AA - with association with FNB Petro Card to assist and the consultant was friendly and professional. He informed me the procedures to follow and said someone would contact me. A lady called thereafter to inform me that they have not found someone to help me and would call if they do. A while after, another lady contacted me to say help would arrive in 30 min and the company responsible would contact me. A few moments later, the company from Ermelo called and said they were on their way. I received good service from the technician and he was very friendly, even on a cold rainy day. He did a full inspection of my vehicle and explained everything to me and was on his way.
