Finally got my vehicle back after 5 weeks. Collected vehicle at 11:30 on Wednesday. Drove from Porsche Randburg to my office on Beyers Naude Drive (Cresta). That is not more than 10km. An hour after the vehicle was parked I was called to see that my car was leaking oil. The entire parking area was drenched in oil (Have photo's and video as well as swabs of the oil). Called Porsche at 16:00 and was told that a tow-truck and courtesy vehicle was on it's way. Waited until 18:00 and no one arrived. Called Porsche assistance and spoke to Martin who said he has no request to collect my vehicle but he cant collect it now he will collect in the morning. Asked him whether the vehicle must remain in the road all night and he said he will call me back. No concern of my safety, if someone was collecting me, did I need a lift. The actual towing company then called and said that they were almost at my house 40km away from work. It would now take them too long to get to my office so they will collect in the morning. On Wednesday I signed a contract to purchase a ML65 AMG and the Porsche was the trade-in. I had to pay the deposit cash loss on Porsche as I will never get my money back. HUGE LOSS:-(
