I have experienced many different vehicle brands but never have I seen such a difference in service quality between buying a vehicle and when selling a vehicle. I recently had to sell my Porsche due to relocation and what a nightmare to deal with the same centre I had once bought the vehicle from. They do not return your calls after numerous messages, do not answer emails and even though I clearly stated that the vehicle should not be driven I had to find out one day that my car had been moved to a different dealership, not by them letting me know but by my wife stopping at the dealership and discovering the car is no longer there. It is a lovely car and brand but unfortunately the complete lack of post sales service, specifically when having to sell the car just will not have me buy another one. I do know Porsche is a very strong brand and one could argue that the brand alone will ensure successful sales I would however strongly consider that Porsche Centre Johannesburg look at its service delivery, it is some of the worst I have come across.
