The CEO of Porsche South Africa states on the website that their mission is ' to provide all our Porsche customers with an exceptional ownership experience'.
This statement is frankly not factually correct is I have had extremely disappointing experiences since purchasing my vehicle on or about the middle of September 2013.
In hind sight due to my bad experiences I regret purchasing a Porsche and would strongly advise all my peers not to do so especially from the Umhlanga centre. My vehicle was returned to me after some body work and fitment of an after market Porsche approved exhaust system in a far worse condition than when I handed it in prior to repairs. I know this as fact as I personally spent circa 6 - 7 hours polishing and detailing it the day before it was booked on the 30 Sept for the work.
