Poor After Sales Service

I purchased a 2010 BMW 523i F10 on the 10 July 2013. My problem occurred after driving the vehicle to my home in Newcastle when it started overheating and warning messages came on.
I took the vehicle to the nearest BMW on the 11 July 2013 at 13H00 for repairs as it was still under the motor plan. BMW Newcastle could not assist me in the repairs as the motor plan on the vehicle was not transferred onto my name from the previous owner by the sales person.
I immediately contact Gregg sales person from Pharoah Auto Investments to please assist. He did acknowledge that it was an oversight from his side and advised that the matter will be rectified immediately.

I have been patiently waiting since the 11 July 2013 to date, 7 Days with the vehicle not being repaired. The only feedback I get from Gregg is when I call to get a status report and his response is always the same. I am working on it, the owner is in UK and he needs to Fax a letter and his ID.

It is now becoming a huge inconvenience for me without a vehicle and impacting on my business as I cannot make meetings.

Garage plates also expire on the 18 July 2013, no feedback on this.
