I have replaced 4 new tyres at Hiq Umgeni RD. balancing and alignment done after back tyres were replaced and a month later after the front tyres were replaced. the shudder began thereafter on 120 km onwards. took to umgeni and complained. it was done again. took back a few days later as the shudder was still there. i was told to go to Rossburgh. Our fleet company had already paid them by then. after 2 visits to Rosburgh, the shudder was now felt at 110 km onwards. driving on the N2 was a nightmare. after a visit to Tiger, wheel and 45 mins later the car is perfect. i had to pay R140.00 cash and would like to be refunded asap, as i am sure that our fleet company was billed much more.
