Initially talked with Neil on July 2nd to discuss my upcoming move. I ideally wanted to move my 2013 Audi towards the end of July as it was going across country. I was really nervous as my car being brand new straight out the box and literally had 200km on the clock. Neil assured me that the drivers were reliable and that my car would arrive in the same condition as it was collected. As I called on such short notice I was made aware that it would depend on their availability and Neil said he would update me weekly to discuss the details and any change. What a fantastic turnaround as I was provided with transport a week later. The rest of the experience was like 'clockwork' my vehicle was collected on time by very respectful drivers and delivered 9 days later in a great condition. I thought worst case scenario throughout the delivery but what a FANTASTIC experience, I appreciated being given the kind of service I was told I would receive.
