Poor Service in Delivering

Purchased a Daihatsu Terios in May 2013 from the pinetown mutifranchise dealership. to date no one returns my calls as i have sent numerous emails and calls to the company regarding the spare keys that i have not received to date. had a puncture this morning and the car had no wheel spanner and jack and as a female driver i feel that i was not given the service and time i deserved. when he wanted the sale i got a call every half an hour and after that not even an email to apologise for not delivering. sent an email to the manager this morning and still no response and no phone call. how pathetic can a car dealership service be towards customers. all they care about is the sale and and getting the commission and after that you are left to deal with issues on your own. i will never recomd anyone to buy from this dealership ever again.
