Pathetic Service

My husband and I purchased a BMW 335i from Mccarthy in Midrand on 1 September 2012 and everything went of smoothly.
We were told that the dealership had no spare key as yet from the previous owner and they would get it to us asap.

To Date we have not received anything and everytime we call and ask, we get told that they (the dealership) would get back to us on a specific date...

On 2nd January I contacted the Used car sales manager, Pienaar (however it is spelt) and he promised to get back to me by Friday, 4th january 2013 as he was too busy with an audit...(clearly the after service means nothing to a client once the dealership has made a sale).

It is now almost 5 months later and still nothing... We are tired of calling and trying get this key...

Is this how you go about with your customer service... this is pathetic.

Surely if you cannot get a key from the prevoius owner you should get another made for the client...

What happens if somehting happens to the key i currently got...? What then!!!

I certainly will not go and support a dealership like this and would advise the anyone else out there...

Service is pathetic!!!
