Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Dealership refuses to deliver on their promises

I traded in a Chery Tiggo for a Daihatsu Terios at this dealership. After a few days the Terios seemed to lose its grip on the road and also started a strange swaying motion. The dealership took the car to the workshop and returned it after nearly a month, saying it had been repaired - but there was no change. The Manager undertook to reverse the deal so that we could get the Chery Tiggo back. However, he went back on his word and said they had found a way to repair the Terios, by fitting anti-sway bars. He asked for a week and nothing more, which I agreed to. After allowing them to take the car in for repairs, I found out from my partner who had taken the car to an independent engineer previously, that the car already had these bars fitted. I called the manager and he did not admit this, instead pretended that they had fitted these bars. He told us that the car had been repaired. But on his way to deliver the car, he admitted that the car was swaying again and that it was an "intermittent problem". Again he agreed to reverse the deal. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. I'm paying an exorbitant installment for a car that I dont have and the dealership does not keep their word
