I purchased a BMW 2010 320I from Pharaoah Auto Investments, I bought this car and was promised that the spare key and owners manual will be ready when I collect the car, it is two months later with numerous phone calls and emails. Bradley does not return calls, I escalated to Daniel - Sales Manager who promised that if it was not found they would order a set. I have even tried the customer complaints area and spoke to Sylvia, when following up with her she said she has sent an email and will send another email. This dealership does not come back to you, you have to call and constantly follow up. Had I known this I would never have bought a car here, don't even waste your time with this company. They hound you to make a sale, thereafter after paying for the goods the agreement is not fulfilled. Pathetic after service, it drops from 10 to 0 after the sale, otherwise refund my money i paid for the car, and I will take my business elsewhere. I urge you to please sort this out and deliver on the agreement.
