Thrifty and i love them. 2 months back i hired a car and i used it to drive to DBN it had brake frailer 3 weeks after that i hired a car and it had a bad sound on the wheels everytime i turned to my right. I called and i was told i wld be called back to collect another car. No call, i called again and i was told the samething. Finaly i returned the car. What puzzles me is that when i went to collect the car they didnt have it, they had to get it from the depo. So i asked if the person who drove it didnt alert them that the car has a problem. the guy said "I dont know" with no worry on his face... Hired a car drove down to DBN. on my way back i had a crisis at home and i cldnt stay for the evaluation and they said they will call me. My friend who had also hired a car the sametime as me called me to say that theres a dent on the car she wont be signing on my behalf Thrifty will call me. This morning sms 2500.00 to Thrify. ok the car has a dent where is my invoice and why ddint i receive a call... The 2 times they gave me faulty cars i didnt get a refund or some kind of compansation. They are so quick to sport out the wrongs from clients but as a supplier they lack.
