My car went to Panelbeater (John Morrison) on 19 February midday, I was told it would take 14-15 days to complete and return my car to me,
I work far from my residential so I cant be without a car, I got an insurance hired car on 19 February, I hear it was for 30 days, but it took 36 for me to have my car back,
What was I supposed to do after returning the hired car on the 30th day? how was I to get around?
I paid R2500 Excess, and was debited with R2156 by Budget Car Rental which they said was for the days over due,
I still ask, Why must I get punished for some people who didnt do their jobs properly? I'm he one who kept calling the insurance and PanelBeater, checking the progress on my car repairs, Wasn't the insurance supposed to keep me informed and updated,
Isn't insurance supposed to give peace of mind to its customers in such hard times?
I just feel that GWIB didnt appreciate my support, loyalty and our business relationship of all these years..
it came back with a repair defect which I reported to my insurance 3 weeks ago, still nothing is done about it,
I wana know Is this howmuch GWIB values my loyalty for all the years we've done business??
