This morning I left my car to be installed side steps and Nudgebar. I was informed that I will be contacted for quotation as I had enquired about the seat covers. At 11 hours I contacted the service centre to make follow up and spoken to Delano the workshop Manager or Damager who was not even apologetic about that incident neither could provide me with my request made at 08h00.He promised to call back and at least he did call me back however he could still not deliver on my request. I contacted the the service centre again at 15H00 to find out as to when I will be fetched and I was told that the driver went to Johannesburg and on his way back... He will then collect me. I contacted Delano again at 15H00 and I was told that the driver is stuck in traffic at Germiston. I waited outside offices until 17h30 and eventually decided to call Delano on his mobile phone. He only took up my call on my third try of leaving massages without him returning my calls. Instead of being apologetic a and making means to fetch me. He simply told me that his driver has gone home and he does not have a company car. I must make means to come fetch my car. This what we call after sale service from.
