Damage to vehicle

Took my chevy utility to have a Tonneau Cover fitted, when i fetched my vehicle it was damaged, this all happened last october, i am still waiting for the service advisor to phone me with progress on the parts and on the repair work. I am very unhappy with the after sales service at this new dealership.
If this is the type of service i receive from them, i will never go there again. This needs to be sorted out as I am getting very annoyed with having to go there and they say the parts are on back order after nearly 4 months and keep saying they will phone but never do.
