I bought a car from Orbit Motors, Boland, in June 2011. Cassie and Carine welcomed me in such a way that I felt like a queen, red carpet, welcome sign, Champlain and a big red bow on my car awaiting me!
I flew down from JHB to Worcester to take ownership of the car and I just want to say I have never in my life experienced customer service the way Orbit Boland applies customer service. With Orbit Boland it's a life changing experience!
Unfortunately that same car was written off in December 2012 due a car accident. However, all worked out well for me because, at the time that i bought the car, Cassie told me of top up cover that includes a deposit cover should anything ever happen to my car... I bought peace of mind and got excellent advice and service from Cassie and Carine at Orbit Boland!
Thanks to their sound advice in terms of cover, I could replace the car I drove without downgrading but upgrading to a brand new model!
