DISGUSTING SERVICE

GWM SOUTH AFRICA-EDENVALE BRANCH.the service you recieve at this branch is absolutely disgusting! one of my vehicles was supposed to be serviced here and have a gearbox replacement.that was 3 weeks ago.i was told this week that the vehicle had to be collected and that a gearbox would be fitted at a later date as there isnt one in the country (we will see if this ever happens-i seriously doubt it).nothing had been fixed on it at all.my breaks dont even work properly anymore, to say the least my owners manual is convienently gone, my vehicle has an extra 500km on and is stone empty when i delivered it with a full tank.roy who is the owner is not at all helpfull when you question him with regards to the manual and tells you "he is the owner he doesnt need to answer to anyone".i know the vehicle was used as a courtesy vehicle as i have recieved 3 fines with people driving it.its digusting to think that people can run a business like this.but i can assure you the buck does not stop here im almost certain Tony Pinfold will not be happy about this. My attornies and the consumer council arent either.
