Using backyard mechanics

My vehicle was sent for minor repairs to Lucio's Panelbeaters. The service was very poor and the place looked terrible. I thought a courtesy vehicle was included in my plan but unfortunately it was not, so I had to hire a vehicle out of my own pocket. I collected my vehicle from Lucio's 5 days later. The workmanship was of a poor standard. The mirror's mechanics did not work properly. The bumper had a new dent and the paintwork was terrible. I took the car back on the Monday and the owner Dan promised that they will repair the vehicle. They borrowed me one of their vehicles. Leaving for work the next morning the vehicle did not want to start. I had to wait until 10:00 for another vehicle. After 5 days when I collected my vehicle the paintwork was still in a terrible condition and the bumper was not fitted properly and the petrol tank was empty! I phoned Outsurance numerous times but they said it was out of their hands all I could do is to take the vehicle back. I feel Outsurance should send me to a better pannel beater and provide me with courtesy vehicle as I am suffering damages now. Is service suppose to stop when you put down the phone when you've submitted the claim??
