BAD SERVICE RECIEVED

I am so dissaponted at the level of customer care with citreon East London and Citreon Sa, my car was towed to east london from umthatha to the dealership for repairs, the following week i drove up and went to pick up. islept over in east east london the following morning upon depature when i started the ignition the car would respond but quickly stop again, i called the dealership and they sent a technician who looked at the car and requested that i try and follow him to the workshop he needs to tighten something i followed him and he did his work and then i drove back to mthatha.

Sunday morning it did thesame thing it did the day before, i called them and then on tuesday a technician came through, to look at the car again and he said he replaced the whole part that was causing all of the problems he left i drove home without a problem that day .the next morning
its stiil continued and then i called them, firstly i was given attitude by the Shane guy shifting blame, and now thy refuse to tow the car to EL, i towed the car there now they refuse to bring back my car, after all the frustration they arnt willing to compromise and they say its another problem whic they didnt pick
