On the 23/08/2013 I dropped off Toyota Etios that I had rented from First Car Rental. I immediately received an invoice which was incorrectly billed and I queried the invoice and I was advised that it will be adjusted in accordance. I was told that my deposit will be refunded within 7-10 working days. After being sent from pillar to post, surprisingly today I am told that the Head office in Durban only received the paperwork 15 minutes ago (15h10) and therefore I will receive my deposit next week. I am not going to wait for next week due to incompetence of First Car Rental staff in Pretoria. I WANT MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.
