I rented a car for the weekend and the deposit went off the same day which is correct. So I expect the same courtesy to be extended to me regarding my refund. It is now two days after I received the invoice and you still have not paid me my refund. It is quite disgraceful holding onto money for interest purposes.
I suggest you pay me my refund. I shouldn't have to wait for days waiting for you to refund me. You owe me about R3000. The invoice number is 30107587.
