I bought my Clio in June and from day 1 experienced non stop problems. Two back windows were scratched when they done the SmashnGrab and the Map on the MediaNav just stopped working. I was given a replacement in the interim. Problem was reported and after 2 months the windows were replaced and a new MediaNav console was installed. I am aware that the new items had to be ordered in, I am not upset about the wait. I collected my car after installs were done and all seemed ok. A few days later, after some dust settled on the car, I noticed that my entire bonnet had been scratched. I thought that this was only the way the dust swirled on the car but after another wash, i am 100% sure that it is scratched. It is circular scratches, meaning that that it would have occurred when the car was being wiped off. I am totally and utterly disgusted as I have a black car and this is noticeable!! There was nothing of the sort before my car went to Renault. I am paying alot of money for this car and now it has been damaged by the actual provider!! So who takes responsilibility for this??? I took photos 4 days after the car was collected. I am taking this matter further in accordance with the CPA.
