I'm disappointed at the quality of my ford focus which I bought last year in July. On my very first service (20 000), I was told that informed that my brake pads were already worn out and required to be replaced. This was a shocker for me as from my previous vehicles I have never had to change brake pads so quick. The guy at the dealership informed me that it does sound irregular and will be mornitored on my next service and I changed them (at my expense)
When I took it for the 2nd service (40 000), I was once again told that the brakes are worn out. Really??? This is ridiculous!!! To make matters worse, my driver's window is scratching when you pulling it down. I informed the dealer in fourways to attend to it. It was fine for a few weeks and its scratching again.
when I contacted ford call center, I was advised that its my bad driving which is causing the brakes to be worn out so quick and there is nothing that can be done.
Well, after so many vehicles I have had before without such problems, I'm not sure if it my bad driving which is poor or the product.
