Dear sir/madam,
Seattle coffee is by far my favorite coffee, I drink on average 1cup per day. Today for the first time I had bad coffee at your stores. First at Hyde park centre, a skinny cappuccino that was extremely "weak" and tasted like coffee flavored water and immediately after I drive to Jan Smuts Caltex, hoping to get better cup, but this cappuccino was burnt and as weak!
I have been traveling overseas for the past few weeks and haven't had a good cup of coffee all that time, and was really looking forward to my cup of Seattle. I hope that these are once off incidents and not the new norm at your stores??
