When i drive home, i use Rivonia Road and there is a Caltex garage on the route. I prefer to fuel up at Caltex garages because it seems like the fuel lasts a little longer (could be a mind thing). However, each time i stop at THAT Caltex in the evenings- i regret it and it ruins my mood because the service is so poor. You wait forever for someone to attend to you. It seems like they only have 2 attendants on duty in the evening and that is just unacceptable with the high volumes of vehicles on Rivonia. The shop is also very old and needs to be refurbished to be on the same level as the other Caltex garage shops. Whoever owns that shop clearly does not care about the quality of the service being provided.
