Amazing service experienced

I had my 1st service with the Kia Edenvale service center, last week Friday 2013-08-30.
I went to this dealership only after I was impressed with the improved professionalism experienced at the new vehicles department by Francois and his team (service I had not experienced before)

I was met at the service department by friendly staff who were very efficient with booking my car in.
From covering my seats with plastic, to getting the lock nut for the wheels, and listening to what issues I was experiencing.
During the whole day, Grant's team kept me in the loop telephonically of what was being done to my car, and more or less what time I could collect my vehicle.
They also went beyond expectations when they called me informing me that the oil being supplied by them, was of better grade than what I had supplied them with.
Finally, when I collected my vehicle later the afternoon, Grant explained what the next steps would be for a fault identified on my car.
They where an absolute pleasure to work with, and I look forward to my next service with the fantastic Kia Edenvale Service Team!
