Very bad manners and misuse of customers propertie

I had placed an ads on the internet that I'm selling my car (Mercedes Benz) somebody called from a.
However, the car stayed there for 21 days. Since they could not sell the car, I decided to go collect it. To my great surprise, the car had petrol above half tank but it was completely empty below the empty level with more than 340km extra on the clock than when the car was picked up.
I asked what happened to the petrol and why the mileage has increased so much but nobody in that office was able to provide me with an explanation. All they had to tell me is Johan does not work there anymore. I called Johan and He started by denying over the phone but because I made so much noise and checked the security book and found that this guy drove my car on the 13th evening at 17h10 and only returned on the 14th at 07h50.
I asked to meet his boos or the person in charge, they said he doesn't have a boss. I asked them to replace my petrol and they said it's not their fault. I really need help on the matter as I forced them to give me the copy of those documents and have them in my possession.
