Well, after reading the complaints against Kia - I was a bit worried about taking my car to a Kia dealer for my first 15 000Km Service. I am proud to say, I am glad that I chose the brand that impressed me the most.
From the booking, up to handing in my baby, through to them dropping me/collecting me, and handing back my car back to me, and all round smooth and impressive experience.
