Raising the bar on Service Level

I booked my Kia Picanto in for a service for this morning (30/12/2013). Upon arrival at Kia Motors Edenvale/Meadowdale branch, I was greeted by Grant who displayed complete professionalism and courteous behaviour. It has been a long time since I have had service on that level from any dealership in this country. I feel that this branch has now raised the bar on service level and deliver and still shows that customer really is still king.

To Kia Edenvale, my hat goes off to you guys especially Grant.
