What they quote is not what you get

I have phoned Car Service City in Midrand they quote met R1795 for my car service (incl 3 x fliter, oil, brakepads) when i phoned Car Service City in Roodepoort they quote me R1495 (incl the same) when my husband collected the car yesterday 2013/08/29 the only replaced 2 x filters and oil so what the did they do more and what did i pay for NO brake pads was replaced.
DONT TAKE YOU CAR TO CAR SERVICE CITY IN ROODEPOORT THE ARE QUOTING YOU FOR STUFF YOU DO GET. THERE ADTITUDES STINK AND THEY DONT CARE IF THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF.
