Importance of Customer Service

I went to BP station in block L Soshanguve to fill up fuel and there were only two attendants on the pumps and lots of cars. Other attendants were busy chit-chatting while Agrinet was filling up from one pump to another and she is so kind enough to ask if I have been assisted yet.

I dislike the service at BP Block L Soshanguve and it never improves. The service stinks.

If ever all attendants had great attitude towards their work like Agrinet and focus of the importance of customer service.
