I bought my car from Hyundai Edenvale used cars end of January 2013. After less than 3 months the rear back break became faulty and there was a metal on metal noise. This was after their 125 point check. Hyundai Midrand sid it was the break pad that was damaged and as it is wear and tear I would need to pay. Naturally I was fuming, as how do the breaks go in 3 months? I phoned Terry from Hyundai Edenvale to complain about the vehicle I bought, as I felt ripped off. Terry assured me that he would sort it out. I also spoke to Gerald the manager of the branch and he assued me the same. They gave me a courtesy vehicle while they had my car. Gerald returned my car a short while ago car repaired under warranty. These gents know what service is! Terry kept to his promises about calling back and when he could not make the deadline he called me to advise me of such! After they took my car I did not have to do a thing, and to have Gerald return my car, was the cherry on the cake. Terry and Gerald, sincere thanks for restoring my faith in Hyundai.
