On the 4/07/2013 while the car had a misfire and the ecu light came on, i drove the car to Lindsay Saker Midrand (which is 2 km away from me). The car was inspected and I had feedback that the 3rd cylinder coilpack was damaged and this will be replaced under warranty( @ 35 000km). on the 21/08/2013 i had the same problem and once again i took the vehicle to the same dealership, a full inspection was done and I was told that the 4th cylinder coilpack is now damaged and will not be covered under warranty as the exhaust system and pad filter was changed. I then contacted the selling dealership because I owned the car for less than a year and they agreed to fit the bill to get the car sorted. After waiting a week I was told that the car is ready for collection, on collection the epc and ecu light is still on and they claim that they can`t reset the fault and the car now has more faults than what it initially had and it drives like. I now have to book the car with another dealership just so i can get better service and get the car sorted. Are these guys trained to provide efficent service with a smile and do they know what they doing?
