Poor service and customer liaison

Good day, I bought my Terios brand new from this dealership in 2008 with a 60 000 km service warranty. My car has gone in for its regular service every 15 000km as stipulated. 22/12/10 at 59887km took my car in for its last warranty service. A few km's down the road after collection a service light appeared on the dash. We advised the dealership at once. The car was taken back in the following week to ascertain what the problem is. Car was in the whole day. Service centre reset the computer board, light went off. 20km down the rd light was on again. The car was in the service centre for an entire day again, after leaving the light came on again 20km down the road, now the 3rd time. The 75 000 km. (24/10/11) car was serviced and I paid R1 200.00 as my warranty expired. Riding a few kilometres the same light came on once again. Then the same procedure as before applied by me leaving my car their for the day for the mechanic. After numerous phone calls after this service and promises made by staff we are still struggling to get the vehicle repaired. 4 days in the service centre, and no results. We are now as a last result appealing for your assistance for results.
