This is not the first time I am having problems with this courier, I send a very Urgent parcel to my customer I phone the courier, I confirm that they do the town I want to send to, Two weeks later and the parcel is still not there, Nobody knows what is going on there and the Management has clue how to run a business, it is an utter disgrace, I will take this furthe
